Your selfless dedication to the club and its members is truly inspiring. Every weekend and midweek, you generously offer your time and leadership, taking us on fun social cycles and pointless loops that create lasting memories. Your commitment to fostering a sense of camaraderie within the club is unparalleled, and it is evident that you genuinely care about each and every member.
Your friendly and welcoming nature has made VC Glendale a second home for so many of us. Whether we were seasoned cyclists or just starting out, you always made us feel like part of the family. Your patience, encouragement, and guidance have helped countless individuals discover the joy and fulfillment that cycling brings.
Not only are you an exceptional leader, but you are also an incredible friend. Your kindness and compassion know no bounds, and you are always there to lend a helping hand or offer words of wisdom. Your presence brightens every ride, and the laughter and camaraderie we share when we’re together are truly special.
Jim, as you enter this new category, Super Vet, of your life, I hope you know just how much you are cherished and appreciated. The impact you have had on the lives of the club members is immeasurable, and your legacy will continue to inspire future generations of cyclists.
You where and I’m sure still are, as he looks down, Jimmys favourite amongst all the sons and he and Rosie should be super proud of what you have done for VC Glendale.
